One of the best Hindu Temple in Sydney. The area and the building of temple is great. It represents the South Indian Temple style and practices. I feel peace during visit. A little attention required in management of cleanness.

Nice quiet little temple... Maybe not so little... It's definitely peaceful and beautiful. We felt so thankful and calm after the brief visit. Doesn't matter if you are not a Hindu... I am not... Just be sure to come at the right time. The temple closed in early afternoon. We missed the timing a little and had to come back at 4pm, after a 3 hours wait.

Stunning Hindu temple with peaceful vibes, ample free parking, and clean restrooms. The SVT Canteen is a must for fresh masala dosa! Note: Photography is prohibited inside; modest dress required.

Sri Venkateswara Temple in Helensburgh is one of the most peaceful and beautiful places I've visited in Australia. The temple is surrounded by lush greenery, creating a calm and spiritual atmosphere that instantly brings peace to your mind. As a Hindu, visiting this temple made me feel closer to home. The architecture is stunning, the environment is well maintained, and everyone is welcoming. Whether you're visiting for prayers or simply to enjoy the peaceful surroundings, it's a truly special place. A must-visit for anyone seeking peace, positivity, and a touch of Indian culture in Australia. 🙏🛕✨

It was really nice to visit this temple. This was the main reason we wanted to visit Helensburgh. It was mostly quiet but a bit busy so we could not sit there in the temple as we generally sit for some peaceful time. It was nice to visit though especially on a rainy day which made everything beautiful anyway. The temple inside is pretty and you would once forget that you are in Australia. The sculptures and idols were beautiful. The hygiene is something the temple authority should take seriously. There was no door mat etc on a rainy day and we entered the temple premises with wet feet and you can understand how dirty it can make a place when 50-60 people go like that back to back. There were a number of squeezed lemons were left inside the entrance which were looking gross. We didn’t try the canteen.
