  i am extremely disappointed with my experience at this jewellery store. I found the service to be dishonest, misleading, and disrespectful. Important information was not communicated clearly and when I tried to seek clarification, I was not treated with the level of professionalism or respect that any customer deserves. As a paying customer, I expected honesty, transparency, and good customer service. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. I would not recommend this store based on the way I was treated and the lack of integrity shown throughout the process.

  My recent experience at Spring Jewellery was incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I brought in a ring to be resized, patiently waiting for three weeks only to find out they had completely mishandled it. Instead of resizing it, they somehow managed to break and even burn the ring. Their response was shocking and insensitive. They flippantly remarked that fixing their mistake was like bringing someone back from the dead, showing a complete lack of accountability or concern for their error. To make matters worse, they tried to brush off their negligence by offering me a minimal amount of money for the ruined ring. They then suggested I use that money towards purchasing a new, more expensive ring from their store, expecting me to foot the bill for their incompetence. Overall, Spring Jewellery demonstrated a total disregard for customer satisfaction and responsibility. Their careless handling of my ring and dismissive attitude towards their mistake left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before trusting this shop with their jewelry needs.

  My experience was very disappointing. The owner was rude and spoke in an inappropriate and disrespectful manner. I also felt that he was not honest or professional in the way he communicated. I would not recommend this place, and I hope they improve their customer service and treat customers with more respect.

  I’ve visited Spring Jewellery in Coburg a few times now, and what keeps bringing me back is how genuinely helpful and patient the team is. They don’t rush you, they don’t push you, they actually listen to what you’re trying to achieve. I’ve had pieces repaired and adjusted here, and the workmanship has always been clean and precise. You can tell they take pride in what they do. It’s also refreshing to deal with a store that understands both traditional designs and more modern tastes, especially when you’re trying to match something sentimental or customise a piece. The shop is easy to get to on Sydney Road, and every visit has felt straightforward and comfortable. If you want a place that treats your jewellery with care and gives honest guidance, Spring Jewellery is a great local option.
