Very disappointing customer service experience. I ordered an earring and have already been waiting for two months, which I feel is far too long without proper communication or updates. Whenever I visit just to check on my jewellery, I feel like the staff are unhappy that I’m asking about it, especially when I’m not purchasing anything else. As a customer, I believe I should be able to ask about an item I’ve already ordered without feeling uncomfortable. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the customer service and communication. I simply want my jewellery to be completed properly and professionally.
