Bought a tiny 4mm silver jump ring for $5, felt like an overcharge. When I asked, the staff got annoyed and said something like, “you Chinese people are like that.” I honestly don’t understand why he brought race into it. I never said anything about him being Indian, because I believe attitude is about the person, not their background. His comment felt unnecessary, rude, and a bit racist. All I wanted was to check the price, but he just told me to return it and get a refund. Honestly, the whole interaction was really uncomfortable. Definitely not going back.

: Deliberately Deceitful, Rude, and Unprofessional I am writing this review to strongly caution anyone considering selling or buying their jewelry at this establishment. My experience was not merely poor customer service; it was a calculated, unprofessional scam. I brought in a necklace and earring to sell. The process was deliberately opaque from the start: my items were taken "behind a screen" where I could not witness the appraisal, a huge red flag for transparency. The owner first stated my gold was 20.78k. Then, halfway through the negotiation, he suddenly downgraded his own assessment to 19k—a significant devaluation in purity and price. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic designed to confuse and underpay customers. After this dishonest haggling, he offered a final price of $475 for my items. However, I had purchased earrings from him for $420 and intended to use the sale proceeds as credit. He then refused to pay me the remaining $55 balance, attempting instead to force a store gift card on me. Only after extensive, frustrating argument did he reluctantly hand over $50, effectively stealing $5 and countless minutes of my dignity. This man is not just rude; he is predatory. His entire operation is designed to obscure, confuse, and short-change customers. There is zero professionalism and less than zero integrity. My urgent advice: Do not walk—run— to this place. If you need honest, transparent service, go to a reputable jeweler like Kohinoor where transactions and quality checks are conducted openly and with respect. I will never return, and I urge you to save yourself the aggravation and exploitation.

Lovely jewellery store. High quality and a lovely unique range you won’t find at the chain jewellers. They really do try their hardest to accomodate your wants. I’ve also had a few pieces repaired at a good cost for fine repair work. Really recommend purchasing from these lovely people.

Excellent customer service! He fixed a misaligned ring free of charge, and for a broken ring he only charged a minimal fee. Highly recommended, definitely visit them!
