  ⭐ 1 Star — Extremely disappointing experience with Nagina Jeweller My experience with Nagina Jeweller was absolutely disgusting and disappointing. I feel I was heavily overcharged for the gold price per gram at $195, which was not matching the current market value I found from other gold shops. On top of that, extra making charges were added separately. What shocked me the most is that many reputable and trusted gold shops, especially around Sydney Road, provide prices according to the current market value and are transparent with their making charges. Customers can clearly understand what they are paying for. However, Nagina Jeweller appeared to have their own pricing method, charging a very high per-gram price and then adding making charges separately, which I found completely unacceptable.it should be all included with making charges and design everything. The biggest concern was the invoice I received. It did not include proper business details, ABN information, or enough details about the business. For a purchase worth thousands of dollars, this is extremely disappointing and does not give customers confidence or trust. I was also told that GST would not be charged if I paid cash, which raised serious concerns for me about transparency and proper business practices. Customers work hard for their money, and spending thousands of dollars on jewellery should come with a proper detailed invoice, professional service, and respect. The packaging was also extremely disappointing. After spending a large amount of money, receiving poor-quality recycled packaging and a basic box was not what I expected from a jewellery purchase. Everyone should be very careful, compare prices with trusted jewellers, and always ask for a proper invoice before purchasing. Please support businesses that provide fair pricing, transparency, and professional service. To keep Australia safe and protect our community, customers should always report concerns about unfair or questionable business practices to the appropriate consumer authorities so they can be investigated properly. I personally will never return to this jeweller and I cannot recommend them based on my experience. Customers deserve honesty, fair pricing, and respect when spending their hard-earned money.

  0 stars! Ladies please stay away from this store if you don’t want to be ripped off! The price here is always $40-50 above the market value, which is VERY high. Use your common sense and shop at Sydney road. Many customers are naive and believe every word that they’re told. Please save your hard earned money and use it elsewhere where.
