Gupteshwar Mahadev Minto Mandir is such a peaceful and quiet place. I’ve been there many times and always look forward to going again. The vibes are truly uplifting, and having a Nepalese priest there makes it even more special. Couldn’t ask for more!

I visited mukti- gupteshwar today and was really disappointed by the priest’s behaviour. He was very rude, not just to me but to other visitors as well. A place of worship should feel peaceful and respectful, but that wasn’t the experience today.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Minto Temple. The priest was shockingly rude and disrespectful. I had my hand on my wife’s shoulder, and instead of calmly explaining any rules or how/why that’s inappropriate, he chose to publicly scold us in front of everyone. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. There is a basic level of decency and respect you expect from anyone, especially someone in a spiritual role — and this was far from it. Behavior like this shows a complete lack of empathy and basic human courtesy. If this is how visitors are treated, people should seriously reconsider coming here.

Its a scam. Not a Nepali temple. Just there to make money. The way the priest and the women there speak is not how someone who is close to god should speak. Very rude and money minded. Asking us why we were there if we completed some ceremony at home as per our culture is not reasonable in any context. Just becoz we were there to worship and not perform a ceremony they can charge us for does not mean they can speak to us like that. To all people who have not been here “Its not a Nepali temple!Don’t be scammed!” If you have been misbehaved it’s not how Nepali people are because they are not Nepali at all!!

It's a very beautiful and peaceful place which was established in 1990's. This is Lord Shiva's temple which also has other gods such as lord kala bhairava, lord ganesh, Lord ram, Lord hanuman, Lord Krishna and many others. Parking is available in the front side of the temple and also in streets. Toilets are also available here. There is also a canteen which serves basically the Indian food such as dosa and poori.
