  I was in that shop yesterday and I saw the lady at the store was serving a couple. I was waiting to be served for over 10-15 minutes and I heard the lady customer was telling the lady shop owner to serve us while she takes a look to other items. That very moment the shop owner lady in-front of me gestured with her right hand to expressing not to serve us! I even asked that lady if I can see an item that was displayed on her showcase and she said No! She doesn’t have the item whereas it was hanging there right infront of my eyes! have been to many places around that area, in Australia and in abroad, no where I experienced such treatment. She is so racist, doesn’t understand what is customer service and extremely disrespectful! I strongly recommend people to stay away from Mina Jewellery by all means if they have self respect!

  I was misled by this jeweller. He gave me a price verbally and then charged me more and I didn’t realise until I did my own calculations. When I went back he avoided me and pretended to be busy in the back and when I was asking how long he needs, he and his wife started yelling at me to leave the store. I went to 4 other jewellers who told me I was cheated with what I bought.

  Very rude and disrespectful. His customer service is rubbish. I wouldn't recommend anyone going there. Him and his wife need to learn how to respect their customers.
