We really liked the organised system where you scan, wait for your turn, and then get allocated a dedicated team member—it makes the whole shopping experience smooth and stress-free. We were assisted by Khushpreet, who was outstanding in customer service. We took our time to decide, and he was extremely patient, calm, and never rushed or pushed us in any way. His approach made us feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process.
