I recently visited Joyalukkas and had a really pleasant experience. Jayalakshmi, the sales associate was extremely patient and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to show multiple options and helped me choose pieces that truly suited my taste. The jewellery collection itself is beautiful, with a wide variety of designs to choose from, making it easy to find something special. One small suggestion for improvement would be to add seating chairs in front of the display tables. Since customers are often spending significant amounts and the selection process can be quite time-consuming, having a comfortable place to sit would enhance the overall experience. Overall, a great shopping experience and I would definitely recommend it!
