  I’ve been a customer of this jewellery shop for over two years, bought and sold so many Jewellery to them and my experiences have always been decent—until today. I visited to simply ask about gold prices for selling or exchanging a piece of jewellery. Normally, I’m assisted by a young woman who is polite and helpful, but today I was served by a different salesperson, a middle-aged man I hadn’t dealt with before. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner. At one point, he implied that I didn’t know anything about gold and even made fun of me, which was completely uncalled for. As someone who runs a business myself, I always try to support other businesses, but this kind of treatment is unacceptable. I left feeling upset and disrespected, and I won’t be returning. If you value good customer service and being treated with basic respect, I would strongly recommend choosing another jewellery store.

  Purchased the first birthday gift for my one year old daughter such a beautiful design I couldn’t find any where else and the workers are so helpful. One of my favorite jewelry stores I have ever been too by far. Will come again, I am always treated like family here and not just a customer. Highly recommend for you to check.

  JJJ is charging $30–$40 extra per gram compared to Sydney jewellery shops. Since the gold price is the same, can you explain the reason for the higher price?

  if you don't want to answer your phone then simply remove your number from your page. Been ringing for the past 4 days and nobody seem to care enough to answer. Terrible customer service
