Went here for the first and last time. Staff were really rude and disrespectful. Products are good, but the service is not worth it. Wouldn’t recommend.

I recently gifted a beautiful chain to a very dear person in my life. The smile on his face said it all; it was the perfect choice. Thank you so much for your beautiful and original pieces. I highly recommend your store because the customer service is fantastic, and the jewelers are beautiful. I'm looking forward to my next Jewel Palace purchase.

I had an exceptional experience at this Jewel Palace! The staff provided outstanding customer service, guiding me to the perfect piece that matched my taste. I left with a beautiful item and a smile, knowing I'd found a gem of a store. Highly recommended for both jewellery enthusiasts and those seeking excellent customer service!

Best selection of beautiful jewellery in Adelaide. You have plenty of options with reasonable price. Owners were very helpful and nice. Strongly suggest trying this place.

Dishonest and scamming place. Came in trying to sell my gold, instead of honestly telling the correct karat, they try to scam and say it is only 9K when it is not. Not recommended, don’t go here.
