The most horrible service you could think of. Please do not trust this business for any of your jewellery needs. I contacted him to discuss the return / refund process and he hung up the call. We had paid him in cash and he failed to give a physical receipt. I had to follow up and request this. I will be reporting this business for not meeting requirements under Australian consumer law.

I had an antique ring altered to fit my engagement ring. My husband brought his wedding ring here. Excellent customer service and reasonable prices.

Not ethical. Hiked up price at the counter after knowing I could pay. Do not trust all the 5 star reviews. I hate dishonest businesses. Won't be going in again.

Came in asking whether they could melt an old necklace of mine & turn it into a ring. The lady told me to “go ask the white people” across the road and said they were too busy to help me.

Excellent jewellery repair service, particularly for stones. Many other jewellers told me my earring couldn't be fixed, but Pirapaharan proved them wrong! Price was very reasonable too. Thank you.
