  I had a very bad experience with the service and the one who’s in the money counter. When we were choosing the lockets and discussing with the person who is assisting us, the Incharge who has sat at the counter was very rude and showed the sarcastic way of behaviour with the customers. We have asked lockets in budget 500$ immediately he responded in an unprofessional manner saying stated that buy a jacket instead of gold ie which is unacceptable. If he don’t have any items in that budget he need to say that he don’t have but instead his words made us uncomfortable and with his unprofessional behaviour. He is not supposed to talk or advice in an unethical behaviour. Such a bad experience we had at the jewellery shop.

  I recently had such a wonderful experience at International Jewelers in Wyndham Shopping Centre, and I truly can’t recommend them enough. From the moment you walk in, you feel genuinely welcomed. The lady at the store is incredibly kind, patient, and attentive. She takes the time to listen and makes you feel comfortable, whether you’re buying something special or just getting a small repair done. Her customer service is absolutely beautiful — warm, respectful, and very professional. Her brother is just as helpful. He always comes over to assist, explain things clearly, and make sure everything is perfect. What really impressed me is that no job is too small for them. Even for minor jewellery repairs, they treat you with the same care and importance as someone making a big purchase. That level of dedication and honesty is rare these days. Their workmanship is excellent, their service is genuine, and they truly care about their customers. It’s such a pleasure supporting a business run by such lovely people. I highly, highly recommend International Jewelers to anyone looking for quality jewellery, trustworthy repairs, and outstanding customer service. You won’t be disappointed! ✨
