I was a little overwhelmed by how much there was to choose from, but Rama made the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. She took the time to help me put together the prettiest bangle set that matched my dress perfectly, and even helped me choose a beautiful jewellery set to go with it. She has such a good eye for what works together and was so patient and helpful throughout the whole process. I’m genuinely so happy with everything I bought and the service I received. We had a wonderful experience at Indian Secrets Jewellery Store in Craigieburn. The store has amazing collection of jewellery that truly suits every occasion. Their range is not only stunning but also very affordable, which makes the experience even better. We visited the store to purchase jewellery for my daughter, who is getting married soon. She had been struggling to find the perfect set for a while, but finally found exactly what she was looking for here. The collection is elegant, unique, and perfect for wedding occasions. A special thanks to Vibhuti, who was incredibly helpful and patient throughout the process. She went above and beyond to help us find the perfect set that matched both the occasion and my daughter’s dress. Her attention to detail and willingness to help made all the difference. A big shout-out to Simi as well, who was also very patient and supportive while we explored different options. The customer service is appalling. This is the second time I have had an issue with ordering online. On 2nd March 2026, I put in an order for a choker set. When ordering, they charge $15 for delivery which estimates 2-8 business days. I calculated this (including the public holidays), and worked out that I should expect to receive it by the time that I needed to wear it. On 12th March 2026, I followed this up using the chat option on the website and heard nothing back. On 15th March 2026, I called the number provided and was met with the voicemail. I left a message following up on my order. On 23rd March 2026, I sent an email following up my order and requesting an update. Today (29th March 2026) I get a notification from the Shop app to advise that my order had been refunded. No email, message or anything from Indian Secrets themselves to advise of this. I went to have a look at the reason for this, and saw that the set was now sold out. Absolutely frustrated with this whole ordeal. Like mentioned earlier, I had this happen previously and at that time, I had to settle for another set instead (that too at the last minute). What else is frustrating is I wasn’t even asked whether I wanted to get an alternative or where I would have liked to receive the refund. I no longer have the card I used to order this set.
