  I bought gold from here a few weeks ago, and my family came back again today to buy more. We absolutely love them! The two girls and the owner are such nice people — always very friendly, fair, honest, and welcoming. The service is amazing every time, and they truly make you feel comfortable and valued. We love them so much. Thank you Himati Jewellery, we will always recommend you to everyone.

  warning warning ⛔️ warning, the owner of this himmeti jewellery shop is a big scammer, he is looking for away to scam people, people be very careful when you buy jewellery or sale jewellery in this shop. they hide the weight of the jewellery, they don’t give you receipt if you are in a rush. always ask to give receipt and weigh the jewellery infront of you. always check the price from a different shop first when you sale yours. I have the worst experience from this shop, 3 months ago they had a sale, i bought a ring on the last day of the sale, because i was in a rush forgot to get a receipt. I got home and remembered they didn’t give me the receipt, next day i check the ring at another shop, there was a huge different with price they sold me. i rang back to ask about the receipt and also my refund of the rest, they over charged me. They agreed on the phone i can get the receipt and also the rest of my money. Today i went to get my receipt the shop owner refused to refund me and also refused to give me my receipt. I asked to check the camera for that day. He also refused to check the camera as well. He made me so emotional and upset. i wish i never bought anything from him and will never ever go back to that scammer.

  I shop here with my wife, have had nothing but great things to say as I am a plumber and I come in with clothes that should be used as rags sometimes lol. Never judgemental, always been welcoming and friendly towards my wife and I and we are mixed race couple she's Indian im australian italian they are very patient and accommodating. Will continue buy from you keep up the great range

  Came here to look at gold today, saw some items I was interested in but as soon as I walked in the door the women working just stared and gave awful looks towards myself and my sister. Absolutely disgusting customer service and racist. Will never walk in these doors again or recommended them to anyone.

  They are scammers!!!!! the price I was quoted was different and ended up charging higher price. If they are charging GST they must mention or highlight while explaining or billing. In the bill there is nothing mentioned. Not recommended!!!👎
