I recently had a very disappointing experience with this jeweller. I had a custom ring made based on a specific design I provided, but the final product did not match the design at all. Initially, I was told the ring would take 4–6 weeks to complete. However, the timeline kept getting extended, and it ultimately took nearly 3 months. Despite the long wait, the quality and accuracy of the final ring were not as promised. When I visited the store to discuss this, the staff were unhelpful and kept making excuses rather than addressing my concerns. The customer service was very poor. The lady was really rude, and mentioned that one or two customer reviews do not impact them. When I later checked their Google reviews, I was not surprised to see so many negative feedbacks. The overall experience was frustrating, very disappointing, and felt like a complete waste of time and energy. Please respect customers' time.

I had a disappointing experience with this jewellery shop. I had paid half the amount in advance for a mini haar, but they kept postponing the delivery date for almost four months. Each time, they gave excuses such as “the piece has a defect” or “it has been sent back for fixing.” After giving them several chances and still not receiving the item, I requested a refund. Even then, they delayed returning the money. Only after I mentioned that I would report the issue to the police did they finally process the refund.
