Absolutely terrible customer service. If you’re going to allow customers to place a deposit, then don’t get angry when someone changes their mind the next day. Instead of handling the situation professionally, unnecessary and rude comments were made, which was completely uncalled for. If you have a problem with people changing their minds, then rewrite your deposit policy instead of taking your frustration out on customers. As a business owner, your personal anger issues should not be directed at paying customers. Professionalism, respect, and basic customer service seem to be lacking here. I would not recommend this shop based on the way customers are treated when a situation doesn’t go exactly the way the owner wants. I also recommend going to their prospect shop as his brother is more respectful and very welcoming and does not make unnecessary comments to your face or embarrass you by yelling out to his co worker infront of all customers and say his rude comments. 0/5 star if I could give

Even one star is too much for this business. The guy is extremely rude, unprofessional, arrogant and lack simple manners. The way he speaks gives you the impression that he doesn’t want you to be there. If you can’t handle customers inquiring about a product, why do you run a shop? I don’t recommend this please at all. Please don’t waste your time here!
