As per Google, the opening time is listed as 10:00 AM. I arrived at 10 and contacted you after waiting for about 10 minutes. You informed me that you would be there by 10:40 AM, which I understood and was happy to wait for. However, I waited until 11:00 AM and you still hadn’t arrived. I truly believe customers’ time should be valued. It’s absolutely fine for you to open the shop later if needed, but giving a specific time and then not being there — and not answering calls afterwards — comes across as unprofessional. I am quite disappointed with the experience.
