  I have been a loyal customer since 2022, purchasing over 9 tolas of gold from them over the years. During this time, I’ve always appreciated the quality of the products and the overall service. However, I am disappointed with my recent experience. As a repeat customer, I was hoping for a smoother and more professional experience, but unfortunately, service was very poor, especially the lady was bit rude.

  I bought a 7.1 gram 22K gold chain for $1300, and honestly, I’m really upset with the price. When I checked the market rate, it was much lower—around $150 per gram—so the total should have been about $1070. I expected some extra charges like making fees, maybe $50 or $60 more, which is normal. But these people charged way more than that! It feels like I was completely overcharged, and it’s really disappointing. It looked good at first, but now I feel like I paid way too much money. I don’t recommend buying from here without carefully checking prices first. This kind of overcharging is unfair and makes me lose trust. ……… Thank you for your reply, but even with your $154/g rate, the total (including $20 making charges and 10% GST) comes to about $1,225, not $1,300. Your staff member also told me that making charges are only $20 and that the price she gave me was without GST — yet even after adding GST, there’s still a difference of around $75 that hasn’t been explained. I’d appreciate it if you could clarify where this extra charge came from.

  Best and honest. Tbh that’s what you want from your jeweller. Also they have such a beautiful Collection of jewellery that changes every 1-2 weeks. Can also do customisation which is so good. But definitely go to place.
