Very nice hospitality and a great range of jewellery options. The staff were respectful, friendly, and gave us the freedom to take our time and check different pieces without any pressure. We purchased earrings for our child. Before visiting Dubai Jewellers, we had looked at several other jewellery stores, but here we found many more choices and a much warmer experience. The staff even helped put the earrings on our child with such care and affection—it felt like being treated by family. Thank you, everyone. You truly made our day! 🤗 We will definitely visit again soon. ❤️

I recently Visited them to fix a small repair job , but the pricing quoted seemed more in their favour than aligned with fair service. Unfortunately, the interaction with both the lady and the male owner lacked the level of understanding and customer care one would expect. Additionally, if you take a moment to go through their reviews, you may notice a pattern where a few profiles with similar names appear to post repeated positive feedback, which raises some concerns about authenticity. It would be wise to approach with a bit of caution and make a well-informed decision, as experiences and perspectives can vary widely. Just a note to the community — it may be worth exploring other options, as the experience felt more commercially driven than customer-focused.

I had a disappointing experience at this jewellery shop. The customer service from the owner was quite poor, with a noticeable bad attitude that made the visit uncomfortable. The staff also seemed to lack proper knowledge about the jewellery, which didn’t inspire confidence when making a purchase. It honestly felt like they were doing me a favour by selling their jewellery, rather than providing a service to a paying customer. What’s surprising is that their online presence, especially on TikTok, looks very polished and impressive—but the in-store experience was completely different. It didn’t match the expectations they create online. Also, constantly asking customers to leave Google reviews doesn’t come across well. Reviews should come naturally when people are genuinely happy with the service—not because they’re being pushed to write one. In a place like Australia, good customer service is extremely important, and unfortunately, this business falls short in that area. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their approach towards customers.

I was visiting here last time and busy a gold chain. Pardeep sir is a good person and the gold price is also good. Jasmine is a good person and both tell me a good thing if i travel within 60 days then my gst will be retrun. All good 🤟🤟
