  Utterly disappointing customer service with no professionalism whatsoever. For three consecutive days, the store failed to open at the scheduled time of 11:30 AM. After waiting and calling for an hour each time, I was forced to leave without being able to pick up my repair. Initially, I was told that resizing my ring would take 7 days, but it ended up taking 2.5 weeks. When I finally collected my ring, I was shocked to find that it had uneven edges and was resized to a size smaller than the measurements I provided. When I pointed out these imperfections, the staff member’s response was that “that’s how it’s done in our store.” After several attempts to visit, there was no apology or acknowledgment of their poor service, and the young staff member appeared completely indifferent when I raised my concerns about their lack of professionalism and repeated tardiness. Do they think people have time to waste? I will never recommend this shop to anyone. As someone who regularly purchases from other jewelers, this level of service was shocking. You’re operating in Australia, so it’s only fair to adhere to Australian retail standards. The pics attached to show the uneven edges on the ring after resize . I couldn’t waste another se to of my time and stick their to argue as it was pointless with him.. Disgusted n disappointed And also not to mention the prices are very high compared to others around giving better service n quality..

  Absolutely amazing staff and owner of the store is so attentive. They were just opening I was in a rush they quickly served me and made sure I wasn’t late. 100% recommend them to everyone and I’ll be back ! Thanks so much Dev
