  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Marissa at Carmen Jewellers yesterday. She was incredibly helpful and happy to assist with a quick in-house repair on my pendant while I did some shopping. To top it off, she also cleaned my chain before returning it, and it came back looking great. It's rare to find such friendly, efficient, and genuine customer service.   Very helpful and knowledgeable sales woman, who was able to have the ring my son purchased resized in store on the same day. He was very happy with his purchase after visiting at least six franchise stores, previous to finding Carmen Jewellers today. Good old fashioned service! Thank you.

  Absolutely devastated with the service at this jeweller. Had two rings resized up multiple sizes. One beautiful chunky antique style hand made ring 750 (18ct) and a 9ct ring. Had to return both rings due to the 9ct ring missing its stamp and the ring originally stamped 750 had some messy illegible new stamp looked like a double tap of maybe an 18ct stamp.... they were sizing up so there was no reason for the stamp to be missing or changed as it was not stamped near the middle of the band either. There were also significant changes to the width and thickness of both bands, thinner than before! Called the same day and went back to return the rings and allow them a chance to rectify the issues. Waited again and was relieved to have our 9ct ring returned fixed and the band back to original width and thinkness yet unfortunately my 18ct ring was not rectified. Gold was likely shaved from the external area of the band a ls there is a visible difference in photos of the thickness close up to the stone settings. I should have had my rings weighed and the amount of gold to be added provided before having my rings resized. Almost $500 to size up two rings only to have them come back not the same as given to them! I have photos at home to prove the band difference but you shouldn't need to! Dodgy! I will NOT be returning!

  Had an absolutely wonderful experience, at the midland store. Went in asking for assistance with resizing my Medical Alert bracelet as it was too big. Had been into other jewellery stores at the shopping centre all fobbed me off saying “ sorry our jeweller is not in today.” Paige was amazing, without hesitation, offered to repair the damaged link & remove excess links to make the bracelet the correct size.. She confirm & test fitted the sizing to ensure it was correct & I was happy with it. Even provided a little carry bag for the extra links to be stored without getting lost Thank you very much for the friendly customer service. Definitely recommend Paige and the team.
