  The lady Ruby is a sweet talker but when you talk about pricing she says do not bargain. She talks high about her workmanship and being in Melbourne for several years but to be honest I did not have a good experience. Got a ring made and she quoted a certain price saying approx that much gold will be used and said when the ring is made we will again weigh and adjust the price accordingly. When the ring was finally made, the gold used was less so I asked her to adjust the amount as it would be less to which she said some wastage was there so it will not be less and also the difference is very less. Whatever said and done why are we expected to pay for even a bit of extra gold which has not been used? I hope if she reads this she will have the decency to call and return the access money we paid. I am shocked that even in this country such businesses still operate. Talking sweet and wishing well is one aspect but you cannot fool customers by talking sweetly and not listening to them. You will loose a customer in me as I will not be able to trust you any more. So sorry to write it here but I had no option. Hope you respect customers like us who come with certain expectations and trust.

  This was the most welcoming loving jewler I have ever been to being a indian person walking into a Prouds or any of the other jewellery stores i have felt like im being watched with every move i make, but when I walked in the lady who owns the shop asked what I was looking for and helped me to a massive extent she talked to us about us and her life she shared story's and was so kind i loved walking into her shop it was the best experience ive had thank you and I will come again

  The lady that serves at this store (Ruby) is a complete scammer. She overcharges without any conscience. Never custom make anything at this store, she will over charge by $1000-$2000 for anything custom made. Extremely rude, inconsistent with pricing, keeps increasing the price by a $1000 every time you ask what the price is. Not professional and has no ethics. She will speak to you nicely until you question her immoral pricing, then she shows her true personality, which is far from nice. Please stay away from this store. Only thing running this store is greed.

  Wish I never walked in this place I had a beautiful cross pendent that they destroyed, all I wanted was a hook put on it and I ended up with my pendent destroyed. If you need jewellery repaired stay clear from this place if you know what's good for you. They don't even deserve this one star.
