I purchased a pendant from here in mid-March as a gift for my wife. After wearing the pendant three times, my wife returned home from work and noticed that the gemstone in the pendant had fallen out sometime during the day. I approached the store seeking an exchange, refund or store credit as clearly the construction of the pendant was not fit for purpose as it had only been 18 days since my purchase (and to reiterate, only worn three times). The sales assistant refused to consider my request even after speaking with store management and presentation of my proof of purchase. As a customer of many years I was very disappointed in the way this was handled. There was no regard for customer service of any kind and the attitude to my request was one of bother and dismissiveness. From this I can only conclude that there is clearly no regard for the quality of the product to which they sell. I will not be returning again and am leaving this review just as a heads up to other potential customers. Buyer beware and I would advise thinking twice before purchasing - reading some other reviews here I notice this is not an isolated incident of this sort either.

Stumbled upon this store in 2018 on road trip to south australia, bought a tree of life pendant for a friendgoing thru cancer diagnosis(recovered now). Fast forward to 2025 and i have another friend who just got diagnosed with cancer, so i decided to buy her a tree of life pendant as well as one each for our friends group of six which i am going to give to them on a weekend getaway on 20 june. Unfortunately rachel was overseas and there was not enough in stock. Rachel reached out to me and said that she would make them for me when she returns from overseas and I would have them sent to me before we go on our wekend trip. I received them today and they are beautifully made pieces of jewllery. I would like to thank rachel for her comittment and kindness for helping me. You are a truely beautiful person.
