Free Government Funded Courses We are currently offering fully funded courses with funding from The Victorian Government. An Australian or New Zealand Citizen, Permanent Resident of Australia, East Timorese asylum seeker, or hold a Temporary Protection Visa. Under 20 years of age in the year in which your course starts, or Doing a Foundation Level course (no age restriction), or Doing a qualification higher than any you already have (no age restriction), and Have not commenced or not be scheduled to commence more than two Victorian Government subsidised courses in 2013 (excluding Foundation courses), and Not be currently enrolled in two or more Government subsidised courses (excluding Foundation courses). Of any age and your existing highest qualification is VCE or VCAL, you will be eligible for a government-subsidised training place in a qualification at Certificate II or above.
