  We used to love this place but the customer service is disgusting from the female staff. We bought some 22ct gold bangles about a month ago. One of the bangles started to fall apart so we took it back to ask to get it fixed. We were told we can’t fix it and it’s your problem if you expect us to cover the repairs. I was absolutely appalled by this as I said I understand if we had it for like a year that we would get it repaired but we don’t expect it to fall apart just after a month! We asked for the manager as we expected one of the male managers be here instead the female manager comes out telling us it my problem accusing we deliberately damage the goods. She insisted saying many customers do this after 1 day returning goods and we don’t fix it. Then both of the service people say we don’t fix jewellery anyway and we need to send it to Dubai to get it done and it would take months and we would pay for it. What a joke as we have been a customer for many years there and spent thousands there literally!!! The ironic part of this was we saw the male manager walk into a jeweller that we were eventually getting the bangle fixed without hassles and he was picking up repairs! We didn’t say anything to him as we respected his service and didn’t want to embarrass him. We told the lady manager we won’t be back and she had enough cheek to tell us off and say don’t come back and it’s fine! Great way to treat any customer.

  I bought, in good faith, 2 x 22 carat gold dialing coins. Turns out, when I had them checked, they ate 21.6 cts. So I was deceived and cheated ! When I called about the issue, I was told that the owner would be consulted. So I hold and wait, then the man hung up.

  Bought a 22k Bangle earlier this week, and was absolutely amazed by the customer service. Had been to 4 other Indian / Thai jewellery stores but nothing was a match for this place. The associate was super patient with us, and assisted us with everything and made sure to give the best price. Very happy with the service and bangle, will definitely be going back soon. One of the best in Brisbane so far!

  I bought from this place Earring. Which the man said is 1.6 grams cost $280 dollars. 1 grams is cost 140$, which 1.6 grams total price supposed to be 224$. Made me to paid 280$, Went to clarify and he said he calculated GST and price charges which even he can’t Explain why?? I had very bad experience with him. My doubts their gold is not pure told me is 23 carat.They don’t deserve even 1 star and I don’t recommend any customer to buy from this shop.

  Worst ever customer service by owner. Didn’t even had basic manners or professionalism to greet the customer. Female owner was Over the phone the time we entered didn’t even had the courtesy to greet or to tell how long she will talk over the phone. We had to leave after waiting whole 10 mins and lady didn’t even tried to stop us or asked us to wait. Pathetic sick mentality. I wish I had negative star rating to give them. It’s my humble request if you want some business for your shop tell that lady to sit back home and relax. She is not meant for representing your business.
